Procedural details


Article 1 - Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email to, your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a statement unambiguous. In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to transmit your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Article 2 - Effects of withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal from this agreement, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you. You will have to send back or return the goods to Philippe FRANC, 38, impasse Louis Turcan 84120 PERTUIS-FRANCE, without excessive delay and, in any case, at the latest 14 days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from the present contract. This period is deemed to be respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 day period.

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. 

Article 3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Section 4. Late or Missing Refunds (if any)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
